The whole family takes care of the farm and also has owned it for generations. The youngest member is regularly placed on the medals of barist competitions and is a Q-Grader for the Brazilian Coffee Company as well. Harvesting is done manually and selectively during the “ripening” period. The most commonly grown varieties in this area are: Catuai yellow and red, Bourbon yellow and Acaia red.
Taste profile is very round and mild, in addition you can taste almonds, hazelnuts, milk chocolate.
Coffee trees grow at altitude from 1300 mamsl, which is not very high but still quite good.
