Green coffee with ginger

Effects: Green coffee is currently associated mainly with the weight loss effect. This is the result of several studies which have found, among other things, that coffee contains chlorogenic acid (CGA), which helps to reduce the amount of sugar in the body and ensures its conversion into fat. That reduces the risk of overweight, heart disease and diabetes. Compared to roasted coffee, green coffee has a higher caffeine content. By combining caffeine and chlorogenic acid, green coffee has a detoxifying effect and also destroys bacteria. However, due to the higher caffeine content, drinking is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women or people with severe heart problems.

Preparation of green ground coffee: Pour 10g or 2-3 teaspoons of ground coffee, pour hot water and let it infuse for 5 - 10 minutes. Then drain the coffee and drink only the infusion.
